These include focusing on the organizational culture and leadership as the key to driving the much-needed changes within internal and external business environment (McDonnell, Hickey & Gunnigle, 2011). The second priority is to ensure that every staff member have the relevant skills and knowledge needed to perform the task to the best of their abilities. Third is to realize that the companyââ¬â¢s recruitment is not only aimed at the present market but for future market needs. Lastly is to ensure that the Huma Resource team if fully equipped with the relevant requirements to meet its objectives (Alrasheedi, 2012). He further emphasized that attracting the right people with technical excellence and ability to join the organization is very critical for the realization of their vision. The fact that hospitals do not use the Bayes Theorem is beyond the power of a researcher, who is then limited by the organizational structure of a hospital. Instead of analyzing the medication errors committed in hospitals, Ferner (2009) analyzed how errors take place in research on medication errors. His focus was on the organizational and design flaws of the research methods. Besides only focusing on how researchers commit mistakes while counting errors, he also pointed out that sometimes organizational flaws or algorithms can lead to error in research. Over the course of the play her character will develop in terms of education, maturation, and the shedding of her supposed naivetà ©. While Nora clings to the romantic notions about love and marriage, Mrs. Linde has a more realistic understanding of marriage, gained from her experience of being left with ââ¬Å"not even an ounce of griefâ⬠(Act 1) after her husbandââ¬â¢s death. Noraââ¬â¢s incredulity at Mrs. Lindeââ¬â¢s remark indicates that Nora has live a sheltered life first under the protection of her father and then her husband.
